5. Coins & Subscriptions

• Coins purchased within Rockets Reels are non-transferable and have no real-world monetary value.
• Subscription plans are billed through Google Play and are subject to Google Play's billing terms.
• Coin and subscription purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by law or our Refund Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, logos, and technology of Rockets Reels are owned by Rhea and Dia Enterprise or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Rockets Reels is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Use of the platform is at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

Rhea and Dia Enterprise shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Rockets Reels, including loss of data or profits.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of courts in India.

Refund Policy

At Rockets Reels, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchases. This Refund Policy outlines our approach to refunds for coin packs and subscription plans.

1. General Policy

All purchases made within Rockets Reels through Google Play are generally final and non-refundable. However, we evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis in line with Google Play's refund policies and applicable consumer protection laws in India.

2. Coin Packs

• Coin packs are virtual goods and are non-refundable once purchased and credited to your account.
• If coins were not credited to your account due to a technical error, please contact us within 7 days of purchase for resolution.
• Refunds will not be issued for coins that have already been spent/used to unlock content.

3. Subscription Plans

• Subscriptions are billed in advance for the chosen period (weekly, monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, or yearly).
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through Google Play; you will retain access until the end of the current billing period.
• Partial refunds for unused subscription days are generally not provided.
• If a charge occurs due to a technical error or duplicate billing, please contact us within 14 days for a full refund of the erroneous charge.

4. Eligible Refund Scenarios

• Duplicate/erroneous charges due to a technical issue.
• Coins not credited to your account after successful payment.
• Subscription charged but service completely inaccessible due to our-side technical failure for more than 72 consecutive hours.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at info@rocketsreels.com with:

• Your registered email or phone number on Rockets Reels.
• Google Play Order ID (found in your Play Store purchase history).
• Date of purchase and the amount charged.
• Reason for the refund request.

We will respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed through Google Play and may take 7–10 business days to reflect in your account.

6. Chargebacks

Initiating an unauthorized chargeback may result in your Rockets Reels account being suspended. Please contact us first — we are committed to resolving genuine issues quickly.
